প্রোডাক্টটি অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে দেখে-বুঝে নিবেন। প্রোডাক্ট পছন্দ না হলে কিংবা কোন সমস্যা থাকলে আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে কল করে আপনার সমস্যার কথা জানাবেন। অন্যথায় প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্সিং করার সময় অবশ্যই ভিডিও করে সেটা আমাদের পাঠাবেন। সমস্যা থাকলে আমরা সেটা এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দিবো তবে আপনাকে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে প্রোডাক্টটি রিসিভ করতে হবে।
6 Warranty Period

The Seller warrants the products for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does NOT cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or artificial damage.
⚫ In the event of a quality issue within the warranty period, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with a detailed defect description and recorded video evidence for verification. The parties shall then negotiate a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund at the Seller’s discretion.
⚫ The Seller’s warranty obligation is conditional upon the Buyer’s compliance with proper storage, operation, and maintenance guidelines as specified in the product manual.
